Hisakawa Aya was born November 12th, 1968 in Kaizuka, Osaka, in Japan. Hisakawa-san is 158 centimeters tall, and weighs 40 kilograms. She has an A bloodtype, and her atrological sign is Scorpio. Scorpio is a `Water' Element, which describes it well, seeing as they ar very introverted and conservative. They are always trying to stabilize, and they are the most apt to change and renewal. They might not show it, but deep within they are filled with great love, feeling, desire, and sensitivity.
Hisakawa Aya is a seiyuu, or voice actress. She has done numerous anime roles in many popular anime. You may have heard her as Mizuno Ami (Sailormoon), Skuld (Ah! Megami-sama!), Kaoru Miki (Shoujo Kakumei Utena), Taata (Magic Knight Rayearth), or Mano Yohko (Devil Hunter Yohko). And of course she is the seiyuu of Kero-chan from Card Captor Sakura! ^^;; She is fairly popular, and in my opinion, a very talented voice actress. Hisakawa-san's voice can change from a gentle and quiet character like Ami-chan or Miki-kun, to an energetic and outgoing character like Skuld and Kero-chan! From her anime roles, Hisakawa-san is in a few groups. Peach Hips (Sailormoon), Gunsmith Cats (Gunsmith Cats), Goddess Family Club (Ah! Megami-sama), and Idol Project (Idol Project), are a few. She has toured, and produced a few albums within these groups. Hisakawa-san has also voiced roles in video games, and radio dramas.
As a solo music artist, Hisakawa Aya has released such albms as Portrait, Kokoro Made Dakishimeraretara, Wish, and her latest album, Yakusoku. Aya works for Aoni production.
